supplies: watered down blue tempra paint or blue water colors, cookie sheet pan, white & black construction paper, paint brush.
instructions: Spread paint on the cook sheet with the paint brush. Wait until it beads up. Next gently press the white construction paper on the paint. When you lift it should look like rain that pattered onto a window. When dry add strips of black to resemble a window.
