What you'll need:

  • Pencil
  • Yardstick
  • Scissors
  • 1 18- by 24-inch sheet of white poster board
  • Red, white, and blue curling gift-wrap ribbon, ¾ inch wide
  • Wide patriotic ribbon
  • Masking tape
